455 rebuild - cam selection
Hello fellow Grandville drivers...I am doing a rebuild on my 73 GRILLE 4 door hardtop and am thinking about replacing the cam for something with a Lil more grunt...this will be a weekend driver mostly... I was thinking something of the XE grind from CompCams...any suggestions?

cams depending on their specs, require compatible rear end gearing and in an automatic a possible high stall converter. Did you look at the gearing and transmission requirement of the cam you are considering?
