Welcome!

Its hard to put a value on a car without Pictures, all Full Size US Built Pontiac's are V8's, so without knowing what engine is installed, base 389 2bbl, or say a 421 Tri power its hard to put a value on it. If in good running condition and the interior and body is good driver condition, along with the paint it is worth around $5000 with a 389 V8.
Big Pontiac's don't bring high $$$'s unless they are some of the rare high performance models, or manual transmission 4-speed cars. 2+2's bring some more money but they are also option dependent.
Post some pictures or a link and we can narrow down a price range a lot better. Remember that a Ventura is really and interior option package on a Catalina, and restoring a 60's full size Pontiac's interior can get very spendy, and if it has one of the tricolor interiors they can get really really expensive.

as Cammerjeff indicated not enough information but the link below will give you a better idea on value. The Ventura was a trim option on the Catalina in 66.
