these are the instructions for posting pictures and congratulations on your new car
https://pontiacforum.com/pontiac/faq...b3_attachments

The timing cover changed in 1964 and again in 1969, nobody has any kit to put either one on a 1960.
The only 4Bbl intake that will fit is from 1959 or 1960.
Here is a link for the 8 lug wheels/drums http://vi.raptor.ebaydesc.com/ws/eBa...33673000&ver=0

Also if you do the swap consider an extra 8-lug wheel, as the standard spare will not bolt on.

Its a fairly straight forward swap, if you have ever redone drum brakes you can do the conversion. But keep in mind 8 lug brakes can be expensive, and if buying used drums check the inner steel linings carefully, and measure the thickness of the remaining steel brake lining. They can be relined, but it is not cheap!!!!!
And look for corrosion starting between the aluminum drum and the steel liner. if it starts the liner must be replaced as the corrosion will distort the liner making it go out of round. In exstreme cases it can actually split the liner.

Do you know if 8 lug from a 63 Bonneville station wagon would fit the Ventura.....??

Iím looking at a few different sets....waiting to find years on them....
I think the 60 Ventura 4door can on use 60 to 64...?? Other years may require changing the spindles....
