what do you have the climate control set for heat or ac?
if you have it set for ac, can you tell if the ac compressor is engaging?
if you have it set for heat, what does the engine temperature gauge show?
have you checked the coolant level when the engine is cold?
is the fan working on all speeds?

The fuse location is on page 6-67 of your owners manual. You also may be low on refrigerant gas preventing the compressor from engaging.
