EGR Valve removal

Hello,

my EGR valve is not connected, neither are the line that were connected to the choke of the Quadrajet.

Can you please take a look at the picture. Do I need to plug both lines (A) and also plug the EGR valve/cannister (B)?

I would think this would lower manifold vacuum if there are holes in the manifold...

Line A was part of a heated choke tube and has no vacuum in it.
Line B originally had a vacuum line from the carburetor connected to it, you do not have to close Line B.

I agree, the only other thing I can add is Line B originally connected to the hot air stove pipe that is crimped off located in the circle of line A, not the capped vacuum port on the carb in circle A.
