If someone had the same self accelerate problem in a montana and then could repair, I would feel so grateful you share your experience. Thank so much for your attention.

I never had an experience like this but you can also check other forums/cars that use the 3400 engine. Have you checked the vacuum lines ?

you have spent a lot of time, money, and effort guessing at replacing parts. How about taking the vehicle to a shop that has a Tech II or similar tool to diagnose how the the throttle positioner, iac, and ecm are interacting with one another to determine the real cause of the problem.

The needle remains practically without wavering. The test was made with warm engine after 15 minutes. Spraying at several points around manifold, throttle body and several air hoses, needle not change or skip

Assuming the IAC was replaced with a new one the other possiblity is the ECM but the vehicle should be checked with a Tech II or similar diagnostic tool to confirm this.

Fixed. Changed to a pre-flashed PCM then security relearn sequence
