stability traction problem

I have a pontiac montana 2006 front wheel drive and I am having problems. The following codes are coming up C0136 base brake system pressure circuit, C1101 battery voltage high and c1100 brake pressure sensor 2. After clearing those codes c0131 abs/tcs system pressure circuit malfunction appears. After driving a while the first 3 codes come back and we start all over. Does anyone have any ideas. I am new to the abs/atc issues. Thanks.

not sure how sophisticated a scan tool you have but this link is the GM/Chevy diagnostic for the C0131 code
