01 grand am se1, 3.4 cam reluctor location/replacement?

I believe that the reluctor for my cam sensor has come loose. Does anyone know if it's on the camshaft or sprocket? Replacement procedure? I'm not getting a signal from 3 different sensors and my power and ground is good. I can hear a rattle as well. Thanks!
