Not seeing this question in past posts, the cooling fans, when you start car cold on fan comes on then second one comes on. As car warms up the shut down. Backwards lol. All I have done at this point is check and clean all connections/ plugs. Any thoughts?

No heat/ac both were off. The AC sensor on passenger front by radiator was unplugged cleaned with electrical spray, blower dry dry and hooked back up, as was the heat sensor plug. I have done no testing of anything, not my strong suit.

you have a EGR problem and the computer maybe turning on the fans to prevent any damage that may occur from overheating.
