02 SLE, add memory seats

Have been searching for a couple of weeks and haven't found much info. I bought a 2002 sle with 155k and want to add a few things from an 02 ssei that I have access to. Namely hud which I have sorted, rear air accessories which I have most of already, and memory seats. Deal is I'm trying to figure out how much stuff that I need to pull from the parts car so that I don't have to make a dozen trips to grab extra parts that I missed. Main reason for wanting ducks in a row is that the SLE is my daily driver.
Thanks in advance

beyond the seats with the memory module and wire harness you would need the shop manual to determine if the BCM is involved.
