Identify intake manifold and cylinder heads

Hello,
Can someone tell me something about these heads and intake bridges? Is that usable or not?

the heads are from a 455 and have 114cc combustion chambers. If you put that on a 400 you will very very low compression.

Would that be better, or immediately buy new Edelbrock Cylinder heads and Edelbrock intake manifold?

From what I see 6X castings were not used until 1975 so why claim 67 to 69?
7K3 were used in 1972 so why say 67 to 79?
You will get a much better modern aluminum head by going with Edelbrock

Thanks for the answer. Can you recommend something from Edelbrock? Unfortunately I have no idea what to take.
The car should still be roadworthy, it should simply have a bit more power.
I can't say what is built in, but maybe there is a good middle solution?

You have a choice of standard D port heads or the round port Ram Air IV style. I assume you are going to use 93 octane US standard gasoline.
