Question passenger side noise

Hi, I have a slight vibration and oscillating noise coming from passenger side
front end at highway speed, but only when you apply slight pressure to the right
on the steering wheel, there are no visiable signs of problem in the suspention..
does anyone have any suggestions of what I should check?
thank you very much

1. Are all the wheel bolts tight?
2. Is there play in the wheel bearing?
3. How do the brake pads look?
4. Do the tires look OK, thread sufficient, no bulges, etc.
