3.4 lower intake warped BAD whistle. HELP

Installed new upper and lower intake gaskets on a 2004 Grand AM 3.4. Everything went well until I went to go start it. Huge vacuum whistle.! Long story short the upper intake plenum was cracked by cylinder number 3. After disassembling it again and putting a straight edge across that there's about .030 difference between 1 and 5 with three being lower on the lower intake. Any ideas ???

It's cracked and warped and has to be replaced. I assume it is plastic? Dorman makes one out of aluminum https://www.summitracing.com/parts/r...d-am/year/2004
