Very cheap or free OBDII scan tool software

Looking for something to sort out the ABS on my 2002 GP SE. I have a ELM 327 blue tooth setup that is for the OBDII for the engine software.

I have not checked with an ohm meter. I was hoping for a longer term faster solution taking care of a 16 year old car.

Checked this out and at $85 less than the dealer wants to check so a deal there. Do you or anyone else own one and how useful is it and how in detail is the info? I have to drive right by HF on Friday and they have 11 in stock today so not even an extra trip.

I looked online at recent reviews and sounded good but no way of knowing what they expected when they bought it. The ZR8 is at the top of the budget so buying more features is a problem. All I can do is give it a try.
