Electrical help

Hi everyone,
My name is DJ and I am new to this forum and i need some help. I own a 2005 pontiac vibe and I am having some electrical issues. The other day I let my cousin install a radio deck in my car but he forgot to take the battery terminal off and now my dome light, door ajar light, cigarette light, stock remote alarm are all not working. Also when I go to start it up my Rom and speed gauges fluctuates, then goes back to normal. It has no check engine on and starts and drives fine. If anybody has to into an issue like this or have a solution please let me know.TIA.

did you check all the fuses, page 5-97 of the owners manual. Beyond that have you cousin , disconnect the battery, and then pull the radio out and recheck all the electrical connections he made.
