this is my first time here .I had to remove this piece from the rear of the headbecause it was linking coolant it was connected to a hose coming fromthe water pump on my 72 Lemans 350 what it it called and where can I get a replacement there in also a coil in side the piece thanks

www.amesperf.com carries them, two versions, one like you have FP256N with the spring and the other FP256NL with a different type restrictor. According to Ames the spring type was only used up to 1971, do you have the original heads?
