Noise after new shoes and drums.

I went in for new shoes and drums a couple weeks ago and I started hearing a loud noise the next day. It starts when I hit 30 mph and lasts until I come to a complete stop. Nothing is pulling or shaking. I went back they replaced the drums again and the noise started again the next day. I've uploaded the noise I keep hearing. They keep telling me it takes time to bed the shoes but this doesn't sound right.

if you step on the brakes at 40 mph does the noise change?
you refer to drums and shoes which are only on the back of the vehicle, is the noise coming from the rear?
did a technician ride with you to hear the noise?

as a side note I will not download a zip file from an unknow source, excellant way to spread a virus. You should post your noise to youtube

No the sound doesn't change and it's the rear passenger side. Starts when I'm braking and hit around 30 mph and doesn't stop until I stop. It started about an hour after they changed the drums and shoes but became louder the next day. The tech road with me multiple times the last couple weeks and they are baffled. He thought it was a defective drum but that wasn't it. I will try to upload it to YouTube. Thanks!!!

The sound is only heard while pressing on the brake and going 30 mph or less.

did he put the vehicle on a lift, have someone sit inside and bring the vehicle up to speed and then step on the brake to determine at least which side the noise is coming from?
