The Convict

Was "The Convict" really a GTO sanctioned version or a homemade set of stripes? I've only seen one!

My car...

I saw a picture of a 'Convict' in the old GTO enthusiast magazine, If I remember in the northwest. I thought it was cool.

Years later I bought this 69 rag, [2000-ish] 100% real original code 72 A/C GTO convertible that someone put JUDGE stuff on. I'm not a clone guy so the first day I owned the car, I tried to pull the JUDGE decals off , trouble is, the paint came off with the them.

Not wanting to paint the car, I was going to put new JUDGE decals on when I remembered seeing the 'other' Convict in that magazine.

I actually called the woman who owned it ad asked her permission to build the 'second' convict. She thought it was cool, I made the decals and now own CONVICT # 2.

Miss the Pontiac G8 GT? Believe it or not, Kia may have something for you. The Kia Stinger is a large sport-oriented hatchback sedan in the mold of the Audi A7.
