Is the check engine light on?
Did you check the spark plug gap?
What number plug did you use?
Did you forget to hook something back up, either electrical or vacuum?

have the ecm scanned for the code that is causing the light to flash. Autozone and others do it no cost.

the check engine light flashes and you have no codes? Something is wrong with your scanner or you have a blown fuse for the diagnostic port.
It also states for the TR55 "may not meet OE standards"

My 2003 van did not like NGK plugs, switched to AC plugs and new wires and my p0300 random misfire code went away, just a thought.

Scanners don't always show codes. GM dealer will tell you they don't always show codes
