If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Hey everyone, This listing is for a 1998 Pontiac Trans AM with the WS6 package. It has only 36,400 miles. It has the 6 speed trememc WC T56 tranny. This is a single owner car and was babied all its life. My dad drives it and typically shifts around 2,000 RPM, and never drives it in the winter. He's 63 and drives it like he's 83. All power works, AC works everything works as new except the car has 4 known problems:

  • The springs in the sun visors broke, so they're floppy
  • the cones in the rear speakers have worn out. They sound like garbage.
  • the clearcoat is peeling on the hood. The insurance company asked if there was ever an engine fire. As you can see in the pictures, there was NEVER a fire under the hood, this is just from sun exposure.
  • The coolant level sensor is bad....again. This seems to be a chronic problem. My dad keeps replacing it, and it keeps going bad.

The car also had a new clutch put in. The clutch was replaced not due to abuse or misuse but because mice got into the clutch through an inspection port and built a nest in there. There are no other issues from the mice.
The car was professionally undercoated shortly after purchase so there is virtually no rust on the bottom. Everything is all original. Never wrecked...straight body, straight frame, clean mint interior, non-smoker, no pets.

Plenty more pictures, just ask. I can take any specific pictures you may want if I don't already have them.

Asking $14000. Negotiable.
