• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... here's the link to the owners manual. There is a section in the back that covers contacting GM. The only recall concerns a leak from the rear axle pinion seal, nothing about windshield/transmission. Have you taken the vehicle to a GM dealer to be inspected for your problem?
There is a service bulletin concerning automatic transmissions, number 4149, which mentions possible water intrusion with regard to shifting concerns, communication and or other TCM or ECM DTC's.
Found a second service bulletin, 06051, transmission water intrusion.
