Running a wheel 2" wider than stock could create clearance issues. I want to keep the factory 15x6 wheel size and 215/70/15 tire to avoid rubbing the chassis, fenders, etc. So what I get from the above wheel fitment is 61-64 stands alone. Rear axle flange diameter, front bearing hubs and dust caps on a 62 could be a problem for a 73-76 wheel.
