CRUISE CONTROL ISSUE

I watch a few minutes of several of the videos and none of them matches to my vehicle or my circumstances.
Most of them were for other vehicles and didn't apply to the year range of my cruise control system or they applied to when the cruise control light would come on in the instrument cluster whereas mine doesn't.
My cousin is an ASE Certified mechanic and he has one of those $15,000 handheld scanner computers and he graduated at the top of the his class at Nashville Auto Diesel College and has about15 years experience. He's a pretty smart fella.
He is going to look at it for me as soon as he gets time because right now he's working two jobs and doesn't have the extra time right now but thanks for your help.
