Hi,
Has anyone removed and replaced the main HVAC blend door servo/actuator on Pontiac G5/Cobalt SS?
If yes, did you need to remove passenger air bag and top of dash?
My blend door is in the closed position and I can't blend fresh air into cabin or bring in air conditioned air.
Does the actuator attach with two 7MM screws or does the actuator snap out and back in on spring clips due too the awkward location?

It snaps out and watch this video, claim if you have small enough hands can get in there without taking apart the dash

The 2007 Video maybe the base Cobalt with standard heater.
Other higher priced Cobalt's show the actuator sandwiched right side of heater just inboard of front body hinge pillar.
