I replaced the steering rack and pinion now steering wheel does not lock

Go over what steps you did in replacing the rack to determine if there is something you did not reconnect.

Thanks but I did not remove any connections??? i just unbolted rack and replaced

you are sure it worked before you changed the rack? what year is the car?
