on my 1995 firebird formula the driver side head light works fine. the passenger side will not raise. I have replaced the motor. I have checked both the new and old motor. both are fine. I guess i need to get out the multi-meter to see if I am getting power to the plug. My father-in-law said in his that he had it done it and it was a vacuum leak. could that be it? it looks to be all electric.

It's electric and yes you have to check the connector for power. Exactly what car and what year is your father-in-law referring to?

im not sure what car he is referring to. I checked the plug and im not getting any power to it. Im not even getting any continuity either. I guess I need to get a wiring diagram or something to find out exactly where the wires run. thanks for the reply

So... I have come to the conclusion that it is the head light control module. I didnt even know that there was one. but after doing some research, that is the conclusion that I have came too. im going to pull it off tomorrow and see what I can come up with.
