Leaking Fluid?

Not sure where to even start.. It appears to be leaking directly under the oil reservoir, a few dark drops here and there after I drive it for a bit. Also near the right tire. The air in the car does not work, so I do not think it is that. Only fluid that has really went down a tad is the coolant and power steering. I know this is probably one of those questions with an obvious answer to it, however, this car has been giving me problem after problem past year. So, a bit paranoid. It was leaking gas a few months ago, it has has had a tuneup, etc. Any ideas?

is the fluid engine oil or power steering fluid? If the oil hasnt gone down then it is power steering and you have to check all the hoses and the rack and the pump.
