Thanks for the research melsg5! But that bushing is for the frame to sway bar. The bushing I need is from the sway bar to the lower control arm. The sway bar goes from 26mm down to what I measure to be about 3/4 inch where the 19208659 GM part number goes. This bushing was used on quite a few GM FWD cars in the 90's.....but GM and everyone aftermarket seems to no longer make this PN. I am wondering what others have done to replace it.

92 sunbird LE has the picture of the sway bar I have, the end of the sway bar bushings are smaller than the sway bar bushings that mount to the frame. If you look at the pictures you see that the end of the sway bar is much smaller than the rest. The part number 19208659 is the GM number for that end sway bar bushing. And it is a 1992 APV, but they were also used on the Olds vans, and earlier Pontiac vans. Thanks for your time.
All the scrapyards around here have gotten rid of these vans because not much metal in them to recycle.

Looks like I may have to try the make my own method with the poly mix. Thanks for the help, I will post my results after I try it.

So after trying the 'make my own' method and giving that up....I finally found a parts store that actually had a sway bar to control arm bushing IN STOCK for a 1994 Olds cutlass cruiser...I matched it with what I had and.......it was the same bushing..I had to burn the old bushings out of my metal brackets and reinstall them over the new bushings. Man its good to know parts are kept so up to date. FYI this bushing is a MOOG K6270. Thanks for everyone for their help on this .
