2006 Pontiac Torrent AWD has loud clacking sound on front end (pretty sure on front left wheel) when I make right turn at speed of 20 km/hr or higher (or other word: when put load on left front wheel).
No noise when go straight, no noise when turn right at lower speed (not putting a lot of load on left front wheel), no noise when turn left, no humming/grinding noise at higher/highway speed.
I have changed front and back struts and shock absorbers, front CV axle assemblies (both side), front stabilizer links, changed spark plugs, still not fix it.
Could it be the wheel bearing? I tried but could not remove the existing bearing, seems to stuck solid.

You seem to have covered all the other possibilities other than the wheel bearing.
