motor swap help.

ok i have a 1990 firebird. it had a 3.1 in it and i took a 350 out of a 81 scottsdale. but the motor is from the 68-80 i think. what im getting at is can i use the motor mounts that are on the car and just move then to the other holes. the ones closer to the bumper. or have to use the ones off the truck or buy new ones. and another thing is if i have to move the motor mounts to the other holes. will the stock drive shaft still fit.... thanks

The 3.1 and 350 do not use the same motor mounts. You need 350 mounts for a firebird.
