• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Good day everyone,

Just joined the site, I am the new owner of a '65 Pontiac GTO, 2 door Hardtop. It is Maroon Red in colour.

I picked it up last week from a seller in Annapolis Maryland, U.S.A. It is not a numbers matching vehicle, but I wasn't looking for a concourse car but a driver I can use during the warmer months.

It has an '68 GTO 400 motor with '66 Rochester Tri-power carbs. A '66 Muncie 4 speed, close-ratio manual transmission with 3:55 posi rear end.

Overall she is in pretty good shape, frame and body is very good. Interior is original red carpet and red buckets.

Looking forward to driving her this spring and summer.

'65 gto.

Thanks for the welcome, I will post some pictures soon. The Goat is all bundled up right now in my garage. Can't wait for some nicer weather, then it will be out of the stable.
