This is a Pontiac Firebird '94, a V6 3.4L or .8 >.>

Here's the video of me starting the car up:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GiscOdNPMQQ

A problem starting it up... 1st try and 2nd try failed. 3rd try was by using the gas. 4th try failed. Anyone know what problem could this be? Sometimes the RPM in Drive while on brakes (not moving), the RPM randomly bounces from 1 to 2 to 1 to 2 to 1 to 2 etc... then it either stalls or it's fine to drive. White smokes also do come out of the hood after driving it for 5min or longer and the engine gets really hot.

When driving it normally, I used to be able to accelerate it to the floor and it shoots up to 6 RPM, now it does not anymore, it goes very slow reaching up to 6 RPM or slow from 1 to 3&4 then randomly shoots up to 6 RPM.

I'm not an expert on cars :p if you need to know more about the problems, pm me.

This problem just started to happen yesterday, the white smoke thing was there for a while but seems to be getting worst. When you open the oil cap, seems like most of the white smoke comes out of there. The engine shakes a bit which isn't normal..

Any help? I'll appreciate for your help please!!! Need to know what's wrong with it. Need to get it fix ASAP

The white smoke could be a blown head gasket or intake gasket.

It's really hard to fully diagnose all the problems a car may have over the internet. You may need a tuneup but you would be the one to know how much maintenance you have been performing on your car.

on the older car when the res was on the radiator all you had to do was look in the radiator and look for heavy bubbles... white smoke... over heating... try letting the water out of the cooling system and put staight anti-freeze in just to test you head gaskets... if they are blown you will notice a huge increase in smoke... i am not a professional just a back yard mech...

I see your check engine light is on...That will send you in the right direction...Do you have a hand held code reader? If you don't, go to any auto zone, and they will read your fault codes for free. My car did this, it ended up being a clogged cat.
