Putting a ls engine in a 67 firebird

what all is needed to transplant a engine and 6 speed out of a 02 camaro ss into a 67 firebird, and do you guys think the car would be worth more with the 400 engine and 400 turbo thats in it now
 
worth more with the original type of engine.
 
Thats what I was thinking, I can get a ls at a pretty good deal, so its crossing my mind
