Ventura trunk pan questions

I've got a '68 Ventura 428 HO 3sp auto 2dr hardtop and the hood lip and trunk pan are rotted. Now the hood lip is fixable but the trunk pan is shot. Trying to find a '68 Catalina/Ventura has proven to be nearly impossible as the ones found are either whole car(and want a lot, a lot of money for) or rotted out already. So my question is on sheet metal interchange. Will the trunk pan off a '69 Catalina 2dr hardtop work without modification? If not how many other years and models of Pontiac trunk pans would work? Any and all help is sincerely appreciated.
