What type of oil do y'all use for cold winters?

It can reach as cold as -40c where I live and I was wondering if I should switch from 10w30 to 10w20 so it's less stressful on the engine. I have a block heater and it gets used during these temps as well. 155,000k 2007 3.4 fwd.
 
You are looking at the wrong number. The first one is for cold start purposes. You should be using 5W30 or even 0W30
