Power windows quit working

I have owned my 09 G3 for a couple years and use it for my town car to run around.
when I bought it the passenger window could only be operated using the switch on the passenger door as it won’t operate using the switch on the drivers door.. about a month ago the passenger rear window started messing around and I believe it is the motor. But now it has come to the point that none of the windows operate. From what I can tell there are two 20amp fuses that tested fine but I replaced anyhow. I keep reading that there is a relay that might be faulty but I can not find a window relay or any literature showing the location of it or if there actually is a relay.
A second issue that also popped up is the old school push down pull up lock system That can be operated with the key fob. When I push the lock or unlock buttons on the key fob. Three doors lock/unlock then instantly lock/unlock again while the knob on the drivers door does not move but if you lock/unlock manually using the knob on the drivers door all locks work. Using the key on the drivers door is the only way to unlock the door from the outside.
If anyone has any thoughts on these two Issues I would appreciate hearing from you.

I could not find any evidence of a relay so you will need a wiring diagram and a test light or voltmeter and start checking for power at the switches and/or directly test the motors.
The drivers door lock could be a bad actuator.
