bcm problem

Hi guys I'm new to this forum and I need some expert advice. My girlfriend drives an 03 grand am 2.2 and she loves the car. It's always had this weird thing it does (sometimes) where when you start the car, the engine cranks and starts but the rest of the car is dead electrically for anywhere...
