engine shut off

Hi.. I have a Pontiac Aztek...and I was in the drive thru and put it in park and the Aztek engine shut off... all the lights on dash board were flashing and I hear a lot of fast clicking coming from the fuse area.. then the lights on the dash dimmed out and I went to start it and nothing no...
