My '66 Bonneville blower fan and AC compressor fails to come on. The AC/Heater fuse and resistor bank check good. The compressor comes on when I jumper battery voltage to the compressor. I have both the Mechanical and shop manual for the car, but neither has a wiring diagram that would allow...
