illumination

Hello, recently I put a new radio in my 2000 Pontiac Grand AM SE, after I hooked it all up none of the following lights would work: speedometer lights(the check engine lights, etc all worked, it was just the speedometer, the rpm, the fuel, etc that don't work), shifter lights, and the heater/ac...

can anyone help me figure out if or how to fix the lighting display on the stereo?
