Gauges are intermittent, sometimes read correctly but most of the time show impossible values. Since every gauge reads like this would the issue be the Cluster or BCM? ECU? ?

My speedometer light in my 2003 Montana is out. I went to the junkyard to try out taking the dash apart and saw two types of speedometer clusters -- one with bulbs accessible from the rear of the cluster and another with soldered-on bulbs. Seems to me they should be LEDs like the transmission...
