oil fill

I just bought a 2008 pontiac g6 base with 107,000 miles. The engine seems to have a exhaust noise. I was looking under the hood and removed the oil cap, yes with the car running and it sounded like air moving thru a fan blade and had so much air blowing thru oil fill cap , it was spitting oil...
