oil in coolant

thanks in advance.i have a 1999 2.4 grand am with about 150 onit.i have had it about 2 years.bought for my daughter she drives it I fix it.good running car.never overheated.i check the fluids whenever she comes home from school.inside of 2 weeks after I changed the oil and filter I was checking...
