park brake

I have a 2001 bonneville ssei. The parking brake sticks when depressed. My son got it unstuck but the light on the dash stays on and at dings constantly while driving it! My son responds by just turning the music up. Lol. It also will cut out while driving it. Sometimes it starts back up...
