need help finding a wiring diagram for the headlights to wiring in halos correctly, please. the previous owners bought halos for it and had some tool who didnt know what they were doing install them.. needless to say.. - when the headlights are off, the left front turn signal does not work and...

I recently acquired a free 97 sunfire with multiple electrical issues. I fixed all but 1 and it may not be an issue. does anyone know if the license plate lights as well as the Pontiac badge in the tail light housing is suppose to be on all the time. or is it a part of the DRL circuit? or what...
