premium

Premium fuel: required or recommended?

I have a 1997 Pontiac GTP and I've been filling up with premium gas because it's supercharged. It's pretty expensive and I'd like to fill it up with regular unless that'd hurt it. I'm ok with using premium but if I don't have to, I wont.
