I built this engine a little over a year ago to go in this “63 Catalina two door (Turbo 400 auto, A/C, Power Steering and Brakes). Took a job out of state and never finished the car. Everything is there just don’t have any time with my job, or a place to complete the project. The engine was built as specced out by Butler Pontiac in Tennessee. They did all the machine work and sourced the parts. Build specs call for the 4 bolt main, 501 Cu In to produce 500hp/600 ft. lbs. torque on pump gas running the Tri-Power, more if you up the carburation to big 4 barrel, dual quads, et cetera, rather than run the Tri-Power setup (which I favor). All Match Ported, roller everything, assembled. Car just needs the engine bay prepped and put back together. Well over ten grand in engine parts and machining alone! Car Is stored inside at my son’s shop located in Colorado Springs.
