00 Sunfire fuel problems

I have a 00 Sunfire 2200 that I have put to much money into but I have a fuel issue. When started it idles fine but in park or neutral bur when you give it gas it acts like it is starving for fuel. I have replaced the fuel pump, pressure regulator new plugs and wires fuel filter crank and cam sensor. But if you put it in gear and drive it it drives just fine gets plenty of fuel. I am lost on this i am up to all help.

1. Have you done a fuel pressure test?
2. Have you cleaned the throttle body?
3. Do you have a check engine light on?

does that mean you dont have a check engine light?

No check engine light it acts like it is getting to much gas when you rev it up in park but doesn't do it while you are driving . And no it is not hitting the rev limiter when it does it. I know i said starving for fuel in original post but it is more like it is washing out the plugs.

check the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line, if you see gasoline replace the fuel pressure regulator
