My '02 Gran Am has had the ABS/TRAC OFF lights on for a while, in addition to the service engine soon. There are a few other issues with car regarding the service lights being in(both service engine lights are on), but their easy enough fixes. I've already done three scans on the car at different auto shops, which I normally don't do, but I can't afford a decent scanning tool at the moment. The scans picked up three codes, which I already knew about, but I never had a code for the ABS show up. I had planned on replacing the hubs and wheel sensors myself, but before that, I thought I'd get some extra opinions on here. It's fairly common on old Pontiacs, and GM vehicles in general for these sensors to go out, and this car in particular needs a bit of work. Id also like an opinion on overhauling the 3.4L V6 3400 motor, if it's worth the cost and effort in the long run, or if it's a waste. Thanks for reading, and have a good one.

If it's a forewarning of a bearing failure, yes it should be fixed. The ABS codes tell you which one.
