My son's 02 GA SE will not start when temperature goes below 20 deg F (-10 Cel). Otherwise, works fine. New battery, starter. Ignition module replaced, doesn't seem to be passlock related (security light does not flash).

Does the engine turn over and not start or nothing happens? Prior to the problem did he have a check engine light? Will it start with starter fluid? How many miles since he changed the gas filter? Do you hear the fuel pump when you turn the key to the run position?
